• Parkfield Capital advises Southern California Valve, Inc. on $10 million debt refinancing

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA – Parkfield Capital Advisors LLC (“Parkfield”) announced today that its client, Southern California Valve (“SoCal Valve” or the “Company”), recently completed a refinancing of $10 million of senior debt. Parkfield advised the Company on the refinancing as well as a series of related transactions, including the strategic sale of certain non-core assets.

Based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, SoCal Valve is a leading manufacturer of both commodity and specialty valves serving the power, paper & pulp, oil & gas, and petro-chemical sectors. As a result of sustained turbulence in the domestic oil & gas exploration industry, the Company was seeking a lender better suited to its unique circumstances. With its capital structure optimized, SoCal Valve is now focused on the continued growth of its core businesses and expansion into related industries.

“Parkfield was an integral part of the refinancing and repositioning of our business,” said Dan Scuri, SoCal Valve’s Chief Financial Officer. “We are grateful to Andres Pinter and his team at Parkfield for the advice and support provided to us during this process.”
