Founded by Andres Pinter, Parkfield Capital Advisors is an independent financial advisory firm based in Los Angeles, California.
Parkfield advises companies and stakeholders on a diverse array of transactions and situations. Our core strength lies in arranging debt financing (or refinancing) as well as more complicated balance sheet restructurings. We also offer assistance with equity capital raising and sell-side M&A.
We are boutique provider with global firm quality, presence and experience.
Our deep global network combined with our firm’s independence is unique among financial advisory firms. Parkfield maintains a continual dialogue with hedge funds, capital markets desks, banks, private equity funds, venture capitalists, family offices and other investors. We have the access, connections and knowledge of a multinational firm but are not beholden to a parent organization or tangential, potentially conflicting lines of business.
